+ How much is an application?

Each application is $65.00. If you are applying with someone over the age of 18 (grown child, roommate, spouse, etc.) the additional is $40.00

For instance, if you and your best friend apply together, the total cost of due at the time is $105.00

+ How long is my application valid?

Your application is valid for 60 days. After your application has expired, you simply need to reapply. It’s just $25 for the first applicant and $20 for the co-applicant.

+ How much is it to reapply?

It’s just $25 for the first applicant and $20 for the co-applicant. That is, $25 for one person and $45 for two.

+ How does the second person apply?

During your application, we will ask if you have a co-applicant. Simply answer ‘yes’ and add their email to the application. We will take care of the rest!

+ Is my information safe?

Yes! Our software provides security coverage and technical compliance that is second to none. Access to your information is monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

+ How long do you keep my information?

Your information is accessible for 60 days. You may delete your account at any time.

+ I don't see a record of my application in my profile

Correct. This is a security measure to keep your personal info safe. Your Resident Ready profile only has your username, contact information, and resident preferences. This helps us to make your new home search easier.
